Аннотация

В статье рассмотрено формирование туристической отрасли в Сингапуре, которое является не только частью государственной программы по диверсификации экономики, то и важным фактором для развития страны в целом. Благодаря привлечению иностранных туристов Сингапур создавал благоприятный имидж, что привлекало зарубежных инвесторов. Показано, что развитие туризма стимулировало преобразование городской среды, создание нового облика города, развитие как современных достопримечательностей, так и сохранение исторического, культурного и национального наследия. Изучена эволюция развития туристической отрасли Сингапура, как одного из привлекательных туристических направлений мира
