Abstract |
Optimization of the functional-target, environmental, and aesthetic planning and design of urban areas should be conducted in conjunction with the economy of their development and popularization of ecological ideas and knowledge among the population. Prospects for the development of the natural resource potential of territory of municipalities shall be determined on the basis of materials obtained in accordance with the comprehensive method of evaluating the condition of environmental components, analysis of anthropogenic pressures and define the ecological capacity of ecosystems. This allows us to include in future plans for development of the territory and development of its engineering infrastructure. In this regard, of particular urgency is the problem of training of different professional level for the organization and planning of recreation nature management and ecological education of the population, which requires the formation of appropriate educational paradigm. |
