Abstract

The Improvement of technical level оf proceeding and ecological safety of production determine the growth of production efficiency in general, have a significant impact on the competitiveness of domestic products and standard of living of the population as a whole. Development of ecologically clean food processing equipment requires consideration of two key environmental factors: outside, causing environmental pollution, and internal pollution of food products. The most important problem in the food industry is the problem of contamination of metal impurities in food. There is some connection between environmental safety of food products in relation to metalloproteases and characteristics of corrosion resistance of metallic materials. The method of creation of diffusion coatings with a surface structure of solid solutions for protection from corrosion is recommended in order to improve the environmental safe-ty of food products. To assess the economic effect it is necessary to use a specific approach in the case of environmental food safety.
