Abstract

The authors proposed an information-linked scheme for solving the problem of developing existing and potential recreational projects for the development of the city. Methods for the estimation of recreational areas are considered, which made it possible to propose a hierarchical system for assessing these territories and use the method of analyzing hierarchies to assess their rating. For the selection of projects for the development of urban recreation, a mathematical model is proposed that takes into account the amount of financing and equity financing from the city budget and a private investor. An example of a solution of a problem is given with the help of a developed mathematical apparatus.

Keywords

evaluation criteria, hierarchical tree, geography of recreational zones, priority, equity financing, optimization model, optimality criterion, amount of financing.
