Abstract

In work the scientific and methodical device of creation of nonadditive integral assessment of low quality of the environment of natural and economic geoobjects which is original weighted “quasigeometrical” average and allows to range kvalitsirovanno geoobjects on the level of ecological hazard (probability of the event connected with environmental impairment (geoobjects) as a result of economic and other activity) is offered. For informative interpretation private relative and integral ecological hazard of territories of estimates it is offered to use universal verbal and numerical scale of Harrington. In work application of integral assessment of low quality (contamination hazard) of OS in municipal districts of the Voronezh region for the aggregated medico-environmental risk assessment (the quantitative measure considering probability of environmental impairment (potential ecological hazard of territories) as a result of economic and other activity and the concretized negative effects of its manifestation in the form of social and economic damage) is also considered.
