Abstract

As a result of determining the environmental quality of the environment in the recreational area of the Crimea, using the innovative method of bioindication, numerical characteristics of the state of the environment have been found that can be used as the basis for macroeconomic calculations and for planning the development of the territory by the regional administration. For this purpose, the methodology used to determine the environmental quality of the environment used in the Central Region of Russia has been adapted to the specific biological and ecological conditions of the Crimea. For the extension of the toolkit of the method, a typical, well-readable working class that grows massively in the landscape and climatic conditions of the Crimea, the species of the local arboreal plant — Robinia, is false-acacia. The method makes it possible to obtain objective quantitative numerical characteristics of the quality of the medium, suitable for further calculations, and is rigorous from the mathematical point of view, which makes it possible to completely eliminate the subjectivity of expert assessments. This approach allows solving the fundamental economic issue — how to reflect the ecological components of a recreational product in its real value. It was noted that the overwhelming part of the territory of the recreational zone of the Crimea is characterized by ecological scores of 2 and 3, ге. refers to the categories “initial deviations from the norm” and “significant violations”. The ecological score 4 (“dangerous violations”), which determines the situation at local points in Simferopol and Yalta, indicates the presence of industrial zones and intensive traffic. The survey showed that the recreational area of the Crimea at the moment does not experience excessive environmental stress and can be operated in the existing regime, taking the traditional number of recreants.
