Abstract

The article is devoted to water resources on the background of their increasing importance on a global scale and the solution of private problems of ecology of water bodies. To solve the problem of water pollution by sewage and most efficient to eliminate sources of pollution, the author developed a model and algorithm engineering-economic-geographic information system for the reconstruction and construction of sewage treatment plants.
