Abstract

Extracting of heavy metals from imitated wastewaters by methods of static adsorption using industrial adsorbents is examined in this paper. Quantitative and qualitative content of wastewaters which was used in experiment was determined by analysis of industrial drainages from enterprises represented in Murmansk region (Russian Federation). Heavy metals ion concentrations in solutions were determined by methods of voltammetry. Effectiveness of ion extraction (ions of zinc, copper, nickel, lead and cadmium) by different types of adsorbents (birch activated coal, S-VERAD) was proved by experiments. Selective absorption of absorbents was shown concerning examined ions of heavy metals. The results of experimental part are correlated with data of other researchers. The overall results of this work could be used in projective documentation of wastewater plants for different climatic regions.

Keywords
