Abstract

The possibility to use reinforced soil structures during the construction in cramped conditions of urban development. It is shown that, reinforced soil design, as an alternative to traditional solutions, have a number of significant advantages and allow you to use areas previously disturbed by geological processes and not considered as potentially suitable for construction. The lack of regulatory framework and the generalized approved calculation methods leads to emergence of emergency situations on such objects. Given the fundamental design parameters reinforced soil designs, the basic schematic of the buckling and recommendations for ensuring the full operation of the design reinforced soil structures.
