Abstract

The article considers the problems of location migrant workers in conditions of big city, where one of the key problems is the key problems of migrant workers location is the lack of specialized agencies temporary residence (SATR). In article was given possibility of adaptation dormitory accommodation old buildings for new features with modern architectural and planning requirements. The means and conditions location of migrant workers are being analyzed here. The article is about the challenges identified on with using historical Soviet Experience and with using current experiences.
