Abstract |
Article describes the legal and technological aspects of environmental risk in the functioning of natural and natural-anthropogenic ecosystems. Based on the analysis of available options quantitative and qualitative risk indicators found that the traditional system of risk assessment is not always justified, since in practice it is very difficult to assess a direct link between the potential environmental dangers of technology and actual environmental consequences. Therefore, to assess possible environmental damage, the authors recommend to use the criterion of ecological risk. It expresses the likelihood and extent of disruption of the natural functioning of ecological systems and objects, including objects of the natural environment. The method of determining the level of depletion of recipient natural environment and this ranking industrial facilities according to the cumulative indicator of risk. At the same time given, proposed by the authors, the evaluation of the rate of harmful impact of production and technology used for obtaining the finished product. The proposed polynomial evaluation of integrated risk indices is an open that allows you to make new are not considered basic components of real risk |
