Abstract

The article discusses issues of multifunctional public transport transit hubs structure development. Today, in Moscow, there are a significant number of developed projects of public transport hubs. The question of commercial component placement within a hub territory has a range of issues related to the planning area. The article considers two approaches for determination (regulation) of a commercial component composition in a hub, its capacity limits and its functionality. There is the model of the public transport transit hubs system for further research conduction to identify factors to enable sustainable and safe development, regarding the placement of the commercial component within a hub.
