Abstract |
The results of engineering studies natural and man-made territorial complexes (PATK), which revealed the negative factors affecting their sustainability and development. The formation of the recreational load on PATK, its dependence on the planning structure of the city, shows the desirability of cards required for the adoption of land use and development rules to regulate the density of the population in the border natural areas. For example, the experience of the formation of green areas of Chengdu (Korea), the expediency of ecological mapping in urban planning aimed at reducing the burden on the recreational natural and man-made systems. Drawing PATK cards, including: inventory maps, functional zoning maps, recreational load, are a good tool in the development of projects for the organization of the planning structure PATK territory, and making recommendations to improve the ecological status of the territory in view of its recreational capacity. |
