Abstract |
The calculating method of the index of territorial and personal access to objects that implement the urban functions. This index is the component of the system safety performance and comfort for the space environment. The calculation is based on the concept of the position adopted biosphere compatibility cities, developing human. To measure the availability time parameter is used, which is provided for the implementation of rational human needs. This approach allows taking into account the interests of various groups of the population, depending on age, health status and other features that affect the movement. As an example of such an indicator has been defined for objects of education, which is located within the residential area (Oryol). The calculation results showed that when planning new neighborhood values geographically personalized access to social facilities differs substantially from the maximum possible. Integrated assessment of land planning projects and master plans, made with the help of the proposed index allows informed design decisions renovation of existing buildings and planning new neighborhoods. |
