Abstract |
In article a mathematical apparatus for modeling and forecasting the city ecosystem in modern conditions of environmental and demographic challenges is developed using phase space, with the identification of sustainable states of nonlinear systems, limit transition and the areas of evolutionary development. A number of general regularities statistical dynamics of various classes nonlinear continuous systems is researched. These regularities allow to define borders of areas different the ecosystem states, based on limit cyclic transitions and to specify the dynamics of a vector development at bifurcation points. In addition these regularities allow to identify the transformation levels that correspond to the phenomenon of self-sustaining development. The found regularities allow to manage innovative technologies and developmental investment programs of the city to create comfortable and safety urban environment. |
