Abstract

The article presents the results of analysis of the composition of municipal solid waste and liquid municipal waste residential places, considered ways of collection and disposal of using the laws of thermodynamics, to achieve high environmental performance with minimal specific energy consumption. Resource-saving technologies of abstraction and treatment of liquid waste streams is recommended to implement, subject to the rules of thermodynamics technological processes of water when reaching the minimum total entropy. Develop an optimal scheme of water supply and sewerage of the city and the industrial enterprise, it has a considerable technical and economic effect. The use of separate collection of solid waste of the organogenic followed by composting them with the sediments formed during the treatment of urban waste water, allows to realize the effect of compost utilization as land fertilizer. En-vironmentally effective is the use of solid waste for the recovery of valuable products, construction materials, production of sorbents. There is no alternative system of solid waste management is a complex and, therefore, the most promising.
