Abstract

The article discusses the metrological reliability issues in software project simulation and monitoring vector and the dynamic security options ecologically dangerous objects of the technosphere in urban areas. Based on the dynamic examinations results of the technosphere real objects shown that the existing technology and methodology does not identify the controlled mode shapes of buildings and structures. Discusses the dynamic loads false spectral mappings formation in information-measuring systems for the control of technosphere objects safety. Assesses methodological reasons for the formation of dangerous spectral, amplitude and phase distortions resulting from the use of digital technologies for obtaining and processing physical information. Shown phantom effects in digital systems multi-channel monitoring and design software systems and scientific simulation systems of dynamic loads in the space of technosphere objects.
