Abstract

The results of studies on the status and reliability of the infrastructure of Yakutsk (buildings and structures, roads, waterworks) are mentioned here. Among one of the main causes of natural origin flooding of the surface area of Yakutsk is related, due to violation of the migration routes of many ponds with stagnant water regime, changes in grading (creation of local dams, etc.) and leading to a negative redistribution of surface and groundwater; along with the negative impact on buildings, flooding also complicates the exploitation of roads. The article focuses on aspects related to the state of another element of Yakutsk infrastructure - roads. The cause, besides those already mentioned watering the surface of the city, many aspects are conventionally combined in two positions: poor quality construction; bad exploitation. Citywide spatial analysis revealed that the formation of new places dips correspond to occurrence of emergency routes collector. The main solution is urgent reconstruction of the existing and in poor state and sometimes unsafe 1-th and 2nd sewers to increase their capacity. Implementation of these measures will stop the development of dangerous cryogenic processes and stabilize disturbed permafrost soil conditions in the various elements of road systems.

Keywords
