Abstract

In the article it is proposed the methodology of material science approach to ensure geo-ecologic and environmental safety in construction for all types of territories. This approach is justified by the fact that construction materials and products are the material basis of any construction, and material research is required at all stages of their life cycle. Integrative assessment methodology for land using construction materials and products obtained from the industrial wastes includes an assessment of the negative impact of the number and area of man-made waste on the environment, the study of the composition, structure and definition of standard quality at all stages of the life cycle of the product. The authors believe that scientific thesis with material science studies to assess geoecoligical and environmental safety by minimizing of harm from production, the use of building materials and products on the basis of industrial waste comply with scientific specialities 25.00.36 — Geo-ecology (construction and housing) and 05.23.19 — Environmental security of construction and municipal equipment.
