Abstract |
This article is considered conditions of modern Russian towns and mid-sized cities, described their main problems and given recommendations to path out of this situation. Authors coverage such terms as «livable city» and «ecocity», consider their similarities, differences and main key items. Also in this work is given a short review of main existed today foreign and national projects of ecocities and eco-settle-ments. Besides that in this article authors propose their made model of ecological rehabilitation with step-by-step description its working principle, enclosing weight coefficients calculation to main factors of this model. |
